Stricter regulations for refunding train tickets in Russia.
If you'd like to refund a train ticket, this can only be done in person at Russian train stations. So, if you buy a ticket over the internet and then decide not to travel, you'll have to come in person to Russia and bring it to one of the train stations in person. The good thing is that you will get the full refund if you return your ticket 15 hours or more before the departure. More info at http://blogs.waytorussia.net/item/117
