Solution Among the countries located in Europe or close to Europe, Russians don't need a visa to Egypt, Turkey, Chernogoria (Montenegro), Khorvatia. They can get it at the border provided they have all the necessary documents. It usually includes a hotel booking and / or a letter from a travel agency, their travel passport (of course), return flight ticket, and a small fee ($10-$20).
